Tracye J. Lawyer MD, PhD, FAAOS, ABOS is board certified and fellowship trained in orthopedic sports medicine with a focus on cartilage joint regeneration. She specializes in arthroscopic and open surgery of the shoulder, elbow, and knee.

  • Earned a PhD focusing on cartilage regeneration
  • Completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh
  • Earned her bachelor’s degree at Stanford University
  • Was a two-sport collegiate athlete + awarded PAC-10 Player of the Year
